I've registered - now what?
Within 15 minutes of registering you’ll receive a welcome message with your login password. On the day of the event, just make sure you’re logged in to the event website, go to the Schedule page, and click on the relevant talk at the right time to watch.
Talks are streamed live and include a discussion forum — speakers will be available to answer questions. You’ll also receive a reminder email with a direct link 20 minutes before each talk (you can unsubscribe from these if preferred).
I haven't received your emails?
If our emails haven’t arrived, here are the most common reasons and how to resolve them:
1. Incomplete registration
Many users think they’ve registered, but didn’t reach the final “Submit” step.
Solution: Go back and re-register, ensuring you complete all steps and hit “Submit”.
2. Emails are going to your spam/junk folder
Solution: Check spam folders and mark our emails as safe.
3. Your organisation is blocking our emails
Solution: Try registering again using a personal email address (e.g. Gmail).
How do I login to watch the talks?
1. Go to the event website: aiactuary.proactuary.com
2. Click Login (top right). If you already see a profile icon instead, you're logged in!
3. Enter the email address you registered with. Make sure “I’m an attendee” is selected.
4. You can either:
- Use the password from your confirmation email, or
- Click Send Login Link to get a direct access link via email.
💡 Tip: Direct Access login links expire after 24 hours, and new requests invalidate older ones. Always click the latest link.
📌 We recommend logging in early to avoid issues.
What is the time zone for the talks?
The talks run from 9am BST to 6pm BST UK (UTC+1). All talks are shown in the attendees local time, configured automatically from the attendees browser time zone.
Can I use the talks for CPD?
We provide an attendance certificate showing which talks you viewed. Depending on your association, this may be satisfactory for CPD requirements.
After the event:
1. Click your profile (top right).
2. Go to My Resources.
3. Download your Attendance Certificate, showing which talks you viewed. Note, we record you as fully attended if you watched >80% of the talk.
⚠️ Tracking may not work if you use a VPN, restrictive network (e.g. school/government), or ad blockers. You can test whether tracking works for you here.
How do I access the talks?
Once logged in, just go to the Schedule page and click on any talk to start watching when it goes live (or watch the replay).
How do I access the Event Lobby?
The Event Lobby is a great place to connect with other attendees, ask speakers questions, and even direct message attendees, speakers, and some sponsors.
You can access it by clicking the Event Lobby button located at the bottom left of your screen when logged in.
Why are my videos slightly blurry?
We use adaptive streaming, which adjusts video quality based on your internet speed.
If the stream appears blurry (e.g. slides with small text), click the gear icon on the bottom-right of the video and select a higher resolution (like 720p).
⚠️ Note: If your connection is slow, the higher resolution may cause more buffering.

I'm still having issues, who do I contact?
You can reach out to us at [email protected]
Are replays available?
Yes replays are freely available for 24 hours after each talk is ‘aired live.’ You can access the replay links via the replay option in the menu on the summit website. Attendees will also be sent the link to the replays. Before the event begins, get 30-days free access by sharing it on LinkedIn and tagging @ProActuary. We will automatically upgrade your access. This is a limited-time offer and ends once the summit starts.

What about after that?
After the conference, some of the videos get added to the video library in ProActuary Connect. ProActuary Connect includes a wide range of benefits including certified courses, networking, 24/7 access to previous summit events and more. This is a free resource we have developed for actuaries in conjunction with the ProActuary Jobs website. You can find out more here.
